About the Role

As a Workshop Store Person, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by managing parts and stock efficiently within our workshop stores. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies, maintaining accurate job cards and parts usage records, managing stock levels through regular stock takes and reconciliation, and sourcing parts at the best price and quality. You will also be responsible for unloading and loading deliveries, keeping the stores tidy and organized, conducting supplier reviews to ensure value for money, and managing stock supply for mobile workshop vans and remote locations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work within strict time constraints, contributing to the smooth running of our fleet maintenance and repair processes.

Experience
Proven administration experience, preferably in stock control within a fast-paced multi-manufacturing or workshop environment.
About you
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively under strict time control constraints. Knowledge of a wide range of vehicles and parts is essential. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain the tidiness and upkeep of the stores in line with health and safety policies.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google packages is required. While specific formal qualifications are not stated, relevant experience and skills in stock management and administration are important for success in this role.
