4 On 4 Off shift pattern
Winter shifts: 10.5 hours per shift between 07:45 and 18:15
Summer shifts: 12.5 hours per shift between 07:45 and 20:15
38.5 hours per week (pro rata), Monday to Sunday

Salary
£29,764.65 per annum / £14.82 per hour

As a Mobile Recycling Operative, you will help preserve and restore our planet’s natural capital for future generations, working in a role that is both exciting and fulfilling professionally and personally.

You will provide excellent customer service by advising and assisting the public on how to use the site to maximise material recovery. Responsibilities include operating mobile plant, maintaining accurate records of material removal, controlling container exchanges to ensure efficient site space management, and keeping the site tidy within your area of responsibility. You will ensure full compliance with health, safety, welfare, site permits, legislation, and company policies. A flexible approach is required to cover holiday and sick days as needed. Full PPE is provided.

Experience
Ideally some prior mobile plant use is desirable but full training will be provided.

About you
Enthusiastic team player with a good level of customer service skills and the ability to work well within a team. A flexible approach to work is advantageous to cover absences when required.

Qualifications
Full driving license is essential.
Potential to gain qualifications including IOSH health and safety training.
