As a Multiskilled Plant Driver, you will drive yellow plant equipment as required, support with loading vehicles, push up waste, and carry out running repairs and day-to-day plant maintenance. You will perform daily defect checks, accurately report near misses and incidents, keep detailed records of tasks completed, and identify potential hazards or areas for improvement to report to your supervisor. Adherence to established safety protocols at all times while on duty is essential.

Experience
Licence to drive both a loading shovel and 360 above 20 tonnes. If you only have one licence, you must have the desire to train and obtain the other. Past experience driving either loading shovel or 360 is essential. Ability to work in a busy, complex environment and as part of a team is required.

About you
Reliable and safety conscious with a proactive approach to identifying hazards and improvements. Willingness to learn and develop skills within the waste industry is desirable.

Qualifications
Valid licences for loading shovel and 360 plant machinery are essential. Desire to obtain any missing licences is required. Prior experience in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
