About the Role
Veolia is seeking a National Partnership Executive to manage and develop key customer relationships across the UK, driving operational compliance, continuous improvement, and resource efficiency projects within the waste management sector. You will audit processes, resolve operational issues, support customer reviews, and deliver performance improvements. This role involves coaching and auditing at multiple locations including customer premises, supply-chain and network locations, and subcontractors. You will coordinate corrective actions for non-compliance, provide detailed reports, manage seasonal trading schedules such as the annual Christmas service, and contribute to service reviews to maintain operational efficiency. Experience
Account management experience in commercial waste management is preferred. Process improvement and project management experience as a lead or participant is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace is desirable.
