Location
Primary base at High Ashurst, Mickleham, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6DQ or Henley Fort, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4RH. Roles also involve working across all Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) centres including Thames Young Mariners, Ham, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 7RX.

Hours
Full time and part-time roles available. Full time based on a 36-hour working week.

Salary
Starting salary of £25,879 per annum.

About the Role
Join Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) as an Outdoor Learning Instructor and be part of a dynamic team delivering bespoke, outcome-led outdoor learning programmes. You will work with diverse groups including primary, secondary, college, graduates, adults, SEN and family groups, facilitating high-quality developmental experiences tailored to the needs of each group. Experience
Previous experience delivering outdoor learning programmes is essential. Knowledge and practical experience in delivering high-quality outdoor activities and understanding of health and safety requirements within the role are required.

Qualifications
A minimum of one national governing body qualification relevant to outdoor learning is required. An enhanced DBS check and Children’s and Adults’ Barred List checks will be required for this regulated activity role.
