About the Role
We are seeking Outdoor Learning Instructors to join our dynamic team at Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) on fixed-term contracts of 5 months starting 1st February 2027, with potential for extension. This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, outcome-led outdoor learning programmes to a diverse range of groups including primary, secondary, college, graduates, adults, SEN, and family groups. You will facilitate bespoke programmes designed to meet specific learning outcomes, positively impacting personal and social development, achievement, and aspirations.

Experience
Previous experience delivering outdoor learning programmes is essential. Knowledge and practical experience in delivering high-quality outdoor activities and understanding of health and safety requirements within the role are required.

Qualifications
A minimum of one national governing body qualification relevant to outdoor learning is required. An enhanced DBS check and Children’s and Adults’ Barred List checks will be required for this role.
