About the Role
This is a busy and hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping field operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the best possible service. You’ll be at the centre of activity, planning workloads, solving problems in real time, and supporting teams on the ground to deliver essential water services. This is a fixed-term/secondment contract for 10-12 months. Your key responsibilities will include planning and scheduling both planned and reactive work for field engineers, coordinating closely with local authority permitting teams to ensure compliance, keeping customers updated and managing their expectations, monitoring field activity and progress throughout the day and adjusting plans as needed, managing emergency work allocations and ensuring all related updates and systems are completed, and communicating changes to field supervisors to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in an office or administrative environment is essential. Customer service experience with strong communication skills is required. Confident IT user with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

About you
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills. A team-focused approach with a willingness to support others. Understanding of the Clean Water network is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required for this role, but relevant experience and skills are important.
