About the Role
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on the environment and help shape the future of waste management? Veolia is seeking an exceptional Portfolio Manager to lead Westminster's multi-million pound commercial operation. This role involves driving strategic growth while delivering environmental excellence across a prestigious London portfolio.
You will strategically manage and develop the Westminster Commercial Waste portfolio, ensuring alignment with Westminster City Council objectives. Monitoring and reporting on sustainability KPIs, including waste diversion rates and recycling performance, will be part of your remit. You will lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, training, and professional development, ensuring departmental compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Delivering budgeted revenues and profits while implementing growth strategies is essential. Collaboration with Credit Control to maintain healthy debt management and resolve invoice queries promptly will also be required.
Veolia offers an annual performance bonus, the option to choose a company car or car allowance, private medical cover, 25 days of annual leave, access to a company pension scheme, one paid day leave annually to volunteer, and ongoing training and development opportunities to help you reach your full potential.
