Our Sustainable Waste Management team is seeking an experienced waste and resource management specialist to support market due diligence, assessment and modelling projects for waste management companies, infrastructure developers and investors. You will help clients make informed investment and strategic decisions through robust analysis, modelling and clear presentation of findings. This is a key role within an established team, with responsibility for project delivery, client management, business development and mentoring junior colleagues. You will deliver market analysis and commercial due diligence for private sector clients, investors and developers; lead complex waste flow, carbon and market modelling projects using large datasets to generate insight; provide technical advice on waste services, infrastructure, strategy, procurement and service improvement projects; manage projects, budgets and client relationships to ensure successful delivery; support business development through opportunity identification, bid preparation and client engagement; stay informed on UK waste sector policy, infrastructure, market trends and emerging technologies; and mentor and develop junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in a growing team, helping clients address resource management, circular economy and climate challenges through evidence-based, sustainable solutions.

Proactive and knowledgeable professional with an established industry network. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (Power Query, dynamic arrays, LAMBDA functions advantageous).
