About the Role

As a Process Engineer, you will lead performance optimisation initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing plant improvements. You will partner with operations teams to upgrade equipment and optimise settings while securing strong supplier guarantees. Your responsibilities will include developing business cases for recycling sector growth, creating technical designs such as PFDs, mass flow analyses, and facility layouts, coordinating design progression with stakeholders, and evaluating plant and machine performance. Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards is essential. You will also deliver clear technical communications through professional reports and presentations.

Experience
Minimum of 4 years' experience in engineering (Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or Electrical) or the waste management and recycling sector.
Proven track record in developing feasibility studies and business cases for projects.
Strong background in sorting/recycling processes and related industries.

Qualifications
