About the Role
A Project Manager position is available at Garney Construction, specializing in water and wastewater construction projects. You will be responsible for managing project costs and "Work In Progress" projections, overseeing job site supervisory personnel, and planning and scheduling project activities. The role involves developing and maintaining strong owner relations, negotiating and purchasing materials, and establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations. You will manage labor projections, contract negotiation, and administration to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to leadership and a commitment to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience
7-10 years of construction experience, specifically in the water and wastewater construction industry, with proven project management expertise.
