About the Role
Garney Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and develop a team of Project Managers within the water and wastewater sector. You will be responsible for reviewing cost projections and "Work In Progress" reports, evaluating initial budgets, and collaborating with teams to identify value engineering opportunities. This role also involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with owners and engineers, as well as driving new business development. The position requires adaptability, leadership, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and priorities.

Experience
Minimum of 8 years in a supervisory role within construction, with progressive experience managing projects and teams.

Proactive leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Able to adapt to a flexible schedule and willing to travel or relocate as needed. Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities and support operational needs effectively.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
