About the Role

We are looking for a committed Regional Development Manager to drive genuine change and bring our ambition of Ecological Transformation to life. You will take strategic responsibility for securing new business within the £100k market sector across a Veolia territory, supporting the Regional Sales team growth targets. This role involves establishing long-lasting and profitable relationships with large, high-profile customers across various industries and sectors. You will act as Project Manager for all contract tendering exercises, guiding the process from bid to contract implementation and handover to Account Managers. Key responsibilities include briefing operational stakeholders, supporting financial monitoring and bid sign-off, liaising with legal teams on contractual matters, and ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions. This role offers the chance to work alongside communities, contribute to environmental stewardship, and be part of an inclusive culture focused on ongoing training and development.

Experience
- Previous bid writing and presentation skills
- Waste industry experience or understanding
- Previous project management experience
