About the Role
As a Regional Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of client accounts situated within the North West of England. Your primary duties include developing new accounts added to your portfolio, supporting the Business Development team during mobilisation, retaining existing accounts by creating opportunities and strategies, and enhancing portfolio accounts and wider business opportunities by collaborating with regional resources. You will take ownership of business relationships with customers, building strong connections with senior-level customers and Veolia stakeholders.
You will conduct internal contract review meetings at the Director and Investco / EXCO level, ensuring all contract elements meet client expectations. Your role involves interacting with key stakeholders to manage and deliver business innovation, best practices, and strategic value projects across all relevant customer accounts and portfolios.
You will take overall responsibility for generating and growing Revenue and Net Revenue across defined Strategic Accounts. Working with account managers, you will produce individual Account Management Plans for each client aspect, providing full visibility of account details to relevant personnel. Maintaining customer touch plans will facilitate strategic alignment of all service delivery and management functions, including senior management and sector leadership teams.
Additional responsibilities include managing debt levels within each account's commercial terms, supporting invoice dispute resolution, developing sector-specific knowledge to become a sector expert, and owning the renewal process of accounts. You will deliver value propositions covering financial, operational, and CSR improvements while maintaining and improving net revenue of services to Veolia.

Proven experience of driving and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
