About the Role
At Veolia, we are committed to Ecological Transformation and are looking for a Regional Partnership Manager who shares our passion for making a genuine difference. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts within the North West of England, focusing on developing new accounts, supporting business development during mobilisation, retaining existing accounts, and enhancing business opportunities by collaborating with regional resources.
You will take ownership of business relationships with senior-level customers and Veolia stakeholders, ensuring contract delivery aligns with client expectations through internal review meetings at Director and EXCO levels. Your role includes managing business innovation, best practices, and strategic value projects across customer accounts.
Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth across strategic accounts, producing detailed Account Management Plans, maintaining customer touch plans to align service delivery with senior management, managing debt levels and invoice disputes, and owning the renewal process with a focus on financial, operational, and CSR improvements.

Experience
Proven experience driving and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
