About the Role
As a Regional Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of client accounts within the North West of England. Your key duties include developing new accounts, supporting the Business Development team during mobilisation, retaining existing accounts through strategic opportunities, and enhancing portfolio accounts by collaborating with regional resources. You will take ownership of business relationships with senior-level customers and Veolia stakeholders, ensuring contract delivery aligns with client expectations through internal review meetings at Director and Investco/EXCO levels.
You will engage with key stakeholders to manage and deliver business innovation, best practices, and strategic value projects across customer accounts. You will be accountable for generating and growing revenue and net revenue across defined strategic accounts, working with account managers to produce detailed Account Management Plans and maintaining customer touch plans to align service delivery and management functions.
Additional responsibilities include managing debt levels within commercial terms, supporting invoice dispute resolution, developing sector-specific knowledge to become an industry expert, and owning the renewal process of accounts by delivering value propositions covering financial, operational, and CSR improvements while maintaining and improving net revenue.
