About the Role

As a Regional Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts within the North West of England. Your role includes developing new accounts, supporting the Business Development team during mobilisation, retaining and growing existing accounts, and working closely with regional resources to enhance business opportunities.
You will take ownership of business relationships with senior-level customers and Veolia stakeholders, ensuring contract delivery aligns with client expectations through internal contract review meetings. You will engage with key stakeholders to drive business innovation, best practices, and strategic value projects across customer accounts.
Your responsibilities also include generating and growing revenue across strategic accounts, producing detailed Account Management Plans, maintaining customer touch plans to align service delivery with senior management, managing debt levels within commercial terms, and leading the renewal process of accounts with a focus on financial, operational, and CSR improvements.
This role offers the opportunity to become a sector expert by developing knowledge of industry trends, commercial outlooks, and customer business objectives.
Experience
