Resident Liaison Officer

Salary: £34,000 + £4,560 Car Allowance

Based: W11/W12, Kensington and Chelsea

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm | 

Contract Type: FTC until August 2026 (Potential to go Permanent)

What you’ll do:

• Be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring smooth communication between them, clients, and the operational team.
• Support residents through refurbishment, retrofit, and maintenance works, proactively resolving any concerns.
• Coordinate pre-start meetings, needs assessments, and action plans to deliver an outstanding service experience.
• Maintain property records, document work progress, and ensure residents are informed every step of the way.
• Attend forums, newsletters, and resident events to build strong community relationships.
• Handle complaints and ensure the highest standards of customer care are consistently met.

Who we’re looking for:

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven individuals who love helping others.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Experience in care, retail, or customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
