About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our team delivering domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 standards. You will carry out assessments, technical surveys, and EPC production while ensuring high-quality workmanship, compliance, and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed retrofit assessments for domestic properties in line with PAS 2035 requirements.
  • Produce accurate and compliant EPCs.
  • Identify suitable energy efficiency measures based on property and occupant needs.
  • Carry out technical surveys for ASHP, Solar PV, IWI, RIR, Loft, Cavity Wall, Floor Insulation, heating, and controls.
  • Visit prospective sites, assess suitability, and provide detailed reports for project planning.
  • Lodge works and reports via corporate ECMK / Core Logic account.
  • Provide on-site supervision and quality control, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and handovers.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, installers, and colleagues, managing daily calls, complaints, and enquiries.
  • Support field staff with training, compliance, van checks, and warehouse organisation.
  • Maintain an organised diary and attend project meetings and occasional training or conferences.
Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Prior residential retrofit assessment experience (e.g., ECO4, GBIS).
  • Knowledge of PAS 2035 legislation and guidelines.
  • Relevant qualification (DEA or equivalent); NVQ in fabric measures desirable (training plan can be provided).
  • Full UK car driving licence and meet insurer requirements.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays.
  • Positive outlook, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to ‘Right First Time’ installations.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, based on-site.
