Based: SG13 Hertford

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm ­­– 1 day working from home

Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a Void Coordinator to join a busy property team in Hertford, helping to ensure empty homes and refurbishment projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate small-scale projects (Empty Homes/Voids) alongside supervisors.
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines and timescales.
• Liaise with clients and the wider team to keep everyone informed of updates.
• Support larger projects as required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including safety certificates, legal documents, and other compliance paperwork.
• Communicate with stakeholders daily via email and telephone.

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant administration experience.
• Knowledge of landlord certifications and building regulations is a plus, but not essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar software programs.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
