Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents and occupiers
• Develop and implement Resident Communication Plans (RCP)
• Conduct pre-works visits and surveys with residents
• Identify vulnerable residents and tailor support accordingly
• Ensure all resident data is secure and GDPR compliant
• Manage resident queries, complaints, and feedback promptly
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and community stakeholders
• Provide updates on project progress and works schedules
• Prepare monthly RLO reports and maintain accurate records
• Participate in social value initiatives and community engagement activities

Essential Requirements

• 1+ year customer-facing experience in construction or a related sector
• Full UK Driving Licence
• GCSEs or equivalent
• Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations for construction sites
• Professional, empathetic, and confident approach when dealing with residents
