About the Role
The Senior Environmental Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a range of complex projects and programmes across Infrastructure, Natural Capital and Nature Based Solutions, Water, Energy and Commercial sectors, both nationally and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to develop and diversify skills by working on projects of varying scale and complexity. You will lead teams of project management, controls colleagues, and technical experts to manage delivery of technical outputs, cost control, quality assurance, resource management and stakeholder engagement.

You will manage complex environmental consultancy projects from feasibility through to construction, effectively handling project change, risks and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value for clients. Innovation and efficiency in project delivery will be a key focus, alongside ensuring Health, Safety & Wellbeing are central to all projects and team activities.

The role also involves coordinating and leading tender responses, developing commercial and quality proposals with new and existing clients, and working closely with business development teams to ensure smooth transitions from tender to delivery. Collaboration with a range of leading technical specialists will enable you to bring world-leading solutions to clients.

Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing and delivering complex projects and/or programmes to budget, programme and quality expectations.
- Proven ability to work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities.
- Experience in consultancy commercial models for project delivery and tender development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build collaborative teams and engage a range of stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications
- Degree in an environment-related field.
- Ideally a qualification in Project Management and/or Chartered Status with a relevant institution.
