About the Role
The Senior Environmental Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a range of complex projects and programmes across Infrastructure, Natural Capital and Nature Based Solutions, Water, Energy, and Commercial sectors both nationally and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to develop and diversify skills by working on projects of varying scale and complexity. You will lead teams of project management, controls colleagues, and technical experts to manage delivery of technical outputs, cost control, quality assurance, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. You will manage complex environmental consultancy projects from feasibility through to construction, effectively handling project change, risks, and identifying opportunities to deliver additional value for clients. The role involves leading innovation and efficiencies in project delivery while ensuring Health, Safety & Wellbeing are central to all activities. You will coordinate and lead tender responses, developing commercial and quality proposals with new and existing clients, and collaborate with business development teams to ensure smooth transitions from tender to delivery. Working alongside leading technical specialists, you will help bring world-class solutions to clients. Experience
- Demonstrable experience managing and delivering complex projects and/or programmes to budget, programme, and quality expectations.
- Proven ability to work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities.
- Understanding of consultancy commercial models for project delivery and tender development.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating with a range of stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications
- Degree in an environment-related field.
- Ideally a qualification in Project Management and/or Chartered Status with a relevant institution.
- Commitment to Health, Safety & Wellbeing in all aspects of project delivery.
