Hours
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 13:30 till 22:00 (30 minute unpaid break)
Salary
£45,500 per annum, with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension

What you'll be doing;
- Organising resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to prioritise the well-being of our people and service to customers and communities
- Ensuring training and competency checks are in place for all roles
- Monitoring operational performance, following up on complaints, and problem-solving operational challenges
- Delivering a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPIs
- Leading people and assets to deliver or exceed service expectations
- Developing excellent day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents, built on trust and service delivery
- Ensuring operations run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans
- Investigating safety incidents, underperformance and disciplinary incidents
Experience
- Team leadership and management experience
- Experience in developing and mentoring people
- Multi-faceted stakeholder relationship management, including clients, contractors and members
About you
- Committed to ecological transformation and delivering excellent service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence required
Qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification (desirable)
- Waste management experience (desirable)
- HGV C1 Licence highly desirable
