Hours
40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 07:00am - 15:00pm + working 1 in 4 weekends

Salary
£38,588 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension

About the Role

You will organise resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to best effect prioritising the well-being of our people and service to our customers and communities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring training and competency checks are in place for all roles, monitoring operational performance, following up on complaints, problem-solving for operational challenges, and delivering a first-time collection culture while exceeding all contractual performance KPIs. You will develop excellent day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents, ensuring operations are run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans.

Experience
Essential: Experience in developing/mentoring people; prior experience in a leader/manager role; good knowledge of basic health and safety regulations.
Desirable: Waste management experience; IOSH managing safely Certification(s).
