£45,500 per annum, with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension

As a Service Delivery Manager on the evening shift, you will organise resources including people, vehicles, and equipment to prioritise the well-being of our people and service to customers and communities. You will ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles, monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, and problem-solve operational challenges.

You will lead the delivery of a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPIs, managing people and assets to meet or exceed service expectations. Building excellent day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents based on trust and service delivery will be key. You will ensure operations run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and support improvement plans, as well as investigate safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary matters.

Experience
- Team leadership and management experience is essential.
- Experience in developing and mentoring people.
- Multi-faceted stakeholder relationship management, including clients, contractors, and members.

Qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification is desirable.
- Waste management experience is advantageous but not essential.
