40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 05:00 - 13:00 plus working 1 in 4 weekends

£38,588 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension

Key responsibilities include:
- Organising resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to prioritise the well-being of our people and service to customers and communities
- Ensuring training and competency checks are in place for all roles
- Monitoring operational performance, following up on complaints, and problem-solving operational challenges
- Delivering a first-time collection culture and meeting all contractual performance KPIs
- Leading people and assets to deliver or exceed service expectations
- Developing excellent day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents based on trust and service delivery
- Ensuring operations comply with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans
- Investigating safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary matters

Experience
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and collaborating with a team
- Experience in developing and mentoring people

Qualifications
- Desirable: Experience in waste management
- Desirable: IOSH Managing Safely qualification
