Salary
£38,588 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will organise resources including people, vehicles, and equipment to prioritise the well-being of our people and service to customers and communities. You will ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles, monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, and problem-solve operational challenges. You will lead the delivery of a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPIs, develop excellent day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents built on trust and service delivery, and ensure operations run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and improvement plans. Additionally, you will investigate safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary matters.
