Hours
40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 05:00 - 13:00 plus working 1 in 4 weekends.

Salary
£38,588 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension.

What you'll be doing;
- Organising resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to prioritise the well-being of our people and service to customers and communities.
- Ensuring training and competency checks are in place for all roles.
- Monitoring operational performance, following up on complaints, and problem-solving operational challenges.
- Delivering a first-time collection culture and meeting all contractual performance KPIs.
- Leading people and assets to deliver or exceed service expectations.
- Developing excellent day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents, built on trust and service delivery.
- Ensuring operations run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans.
- Investigating safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary matters.
