Hours
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (working 1 in 5 weekends)
Salary
Up to £40,000 per annum, plus annual performance bonus and Veolia benefits

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead people and assets to deliver and exceed service expectations across a large operational workforce including Operatives, Drivers, Team Leaders, and Equipment. You will ensure operations run in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements and support improvement plans. Organising resources effectively, prioritising the well-being of our people and service to customers and communities will be key.
You will ensure training and competency checks are in place for all roles, monitor operational performance, follow up on complaints, and problem-solve operational challenges. You will drive a first-time collection culture and deliver all contractual performance KPIs. Building excellent day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents based on trust and service delivery is essential. You will also investigate safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary matters.

Experience
- Team leadership and management experience of large operative workforces
- Multi-faceted stakeholder relationship management, including clients, contractors, and members

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and communities
- Full UK Driving Licence required
Qualifications
- Desirable: IOSH Managing Safely qualification
- Desirable: Management experience within Waste, Transport, Highways, Cleaning, or Facilities Management industries
