Hours
Full time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Evenings 13:30 pm - 10:00 pm plus 2 weekends per month.

Salary
Up to £18.40 per hour (depending on HGV driving licence), plus Veolia benefits, monthly bonus allowance.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will complete daily checks on vehicles, barrows, and other equipment. If qualified, you will drive a HGV truck and assist with loading and sweeping activities. You will ensure staff are completing their allocated tasks and duties in a timely and efficient manner to maximise productivity, maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, report any vehicle, plant or equipment defects to the line manager, and ensure staff are dressed appropriately in line with Health and Safety.

Experience
Supervisory/management experience is essential. Experience in the waste industry is desirable. Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous. Must be flexible in both hours of work and attitude as the job demands.
