Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Evenings 13:30 - 22:00 plus 2 weekends per month

Salary
Up to £18.40 per hour (depending on HGV driving licence), plus Veolia benefits and monthly bonus allowance

About the Role

We are looking for a committed Team Leader to join us in driving genuine ecological transformation. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for street cleansing and waste collections during evening shifts. You will ensure daily vehicle and equipment checks are completed, supervise staff to maximise productivity, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and uphold health and safety standards. Experience
- Supervisory or management experience is essential
- Experience in the waste industry is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Qualifications
- HGV Class 2 licence is desirable but not essential
- Previous waste management experience is a plus
