About the Role
As a Team Leader in Street Cleansing and Waste Collections, you will assist the Service Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This includes overseeing vehicle and asset checks at the start and during each shift, ensuring all staff receive the correct worksheets, round sheets, and maps with any necessary amendments, and confirming that all tools and equipment are in serviceable condition. You will investigate any accidents involving employees, vehicles, or equipment and produce the required documentation. Additionally, you will undertake daily contract monitoring surveys and assist with report generation. You will support the Manager in ensuring all vehicles, plant, and equipment are cleansed according to schedule. At the end of each day, you will ensure the workforce is correctly signed off and all paperwork is completed and returned. Providing cover for the Manager when necessary is also part of this role.

Experience
- Supervisory or management experience is essential.
- Good IT knowledge and skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Qualifications
- HGV Class 2 licence is desirable.
