About the Role
As a Tipping Hall Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting sustainable waste management operations. You will supervise the operation of the Tipping Hall while adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE. Your responsibilities include moving, loading, and monitoring waste, reporting any contamination or non-compliance, conducting pre-use vehicle inspections, and reporting defects. You will communicate effectively using two-way radios and work collaboratively with site teams, visitors, and contractors. Additionally, you will follow VMR Toolkit guidelines to assist in efficient Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) operations and carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by management. Experience
Proven experience in operational or industrial environments is preferred. Experience with mobile plant operation and a valid driving license are advantageous.
