As a Tractor Driver based at either Fineshade or Market Rasen, you will operate tractors undertaking a variety of tasks. At Fineshade, your duties will include mowing open areas, rides and track edges, and flailing bramble and other woody material using tractor-mounted implements such as mowers, side arm flails, mulchers, and grip cleaners.

At Market Rasen, you will focus on ground preparation for restocking recently felled sites using tractor-mounted mulchers and hydraulic scarifiers. You may also be required to mow open areas, rides, and track edges using a range of tractor-mounted implements as needed.

Experience
Relevant experience in tractor driving and operating tractor-mounted implements is desirable to effectively carry out mowing, flailing, mulching, and ground preparation tasks.
