About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Thames Water’s growing Programme Team within Capital Delivery, supporting the delivery of Security Enhancements across the Thames Water Estate under the Security and Emergency Measures Direction (SEMD) programme. You will assist in managing and delivering a portfolio of projects from initial design through to completion, working closely with experienced Project Managers and wider delivery teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting a positive Health, Safety & Environment culture across projects and partners, assisting with project delivery to agreed time, cost and quality targets, tracking progress, risks and actions, and supporting governance compliance and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. You will help develop project briefs and documentation, coordinate multiple workstreams, and support project assurance activities during delivery, commissioning, and handover of assets. The role involves working on schemes of varying scale and complexity across Greater London and the Home Counties, liaising with CDM Designers/Principal Designers to ensure compliance with duties, and supporting smooth asset handover into operations. This hybrid role offers flexibility around base location within Thames Valley with a mix of on-site and office working.
