About the Role
13-18 Months Fixed Term Contract. Are you an experienced Brand Manager ready to join the business at a time when our brand image has never been more critical? This important role supports the Senior Brand and Marketing Manager in planning, developing, and improving brand strategy to ensure all marketing communications and activities resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence. You will need a keen eye for detail and be a vocal brand advocate, with a knack for engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders. As a brand guardian, you will communicate our vision and strategy with clarity and enthusiasm, inspiring both internal teams and external partners. You will also monitor our brand's performance and identify opportunities for improvement through insights and research. Your creativity will fuel a continuous pipeline of innovative ideas for brand development, grounded in thorough market analysis and data-driven insights. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our marketing communications meet all legal, regulatory, and company standards, safeguarding our brand's integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Research team and external agencies to conduct brand and market research activities.
- Translate research into insights to support the creation of compelling campaign briefs.
- Manage brand guidelines, assets, identity, and policies to ensure all content is visually and verbally consistent and engaging across all Thames Water sites and customer-facing channels.
- Create relevant and engaging communication assets and tools to enable colleagues to deliver effective communications.
- Plan, organise and produce brand photoshoots.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging and on-brand communications across various customer touchpoints.

Experience
Substantial experience in brand management and insights is essential.
