36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Part-time arrangements can also be considered.
Salary
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum

You’ll handle Trade Effluent applications, raise charges and consent fees, and be the friendly, confident voice supporting customers through calls, letters, and enquiries.
Key responsibilities include completing and managing temporary case assessments, preparing legal documentation and monthly internal reports, advising customers and retailers with queries, and building relationships with retailers and customers to ensure excellent customer service. You will also support the trade effluent team members with documentation and PPE requirements and interact with other departments such as Wholesale Market Services, Asset Planning, and Operational Process Scientists.
Experience
- Ability to work within a team environment is essential.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and providing excellent customer service.
- IT literate and fully adept in using MS Office programs.
- Experience in evaluating, interpreting, and effectively communicating written data and information from diverse sources.
Additional beneficial experience:
- Water Industry experience.
- Knowledge of Thames Water systems such as TERMIS, Salesforce, SAP supply chain.
- Financial experience in revenue generation.
- Regulatory experience.

- Ideally hold a valid UK driver’s licence and have access to a car for travel to work due to the remote site location.
