About the Role
Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy quickly. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. Having raised $170M from top-tier investors, we are creating a fully integrated energy company—from developing solar, wind, and hydrogen projects to real-time power trading and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs, and pass on savings to customers. We are also building the Energy Network, a decentralised platform of smart devices to electrify homes, shift usage to off-peak hours, and help balance the grid, strengthening grid stability for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.

As a Customer Support Specialist at Fuse, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring outstanding support at every stage—from onboarding to day-to-day assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve account issues, and deliver solutions that reflect our commitment to exceptional service. This role offers hands-on experience in the fast-growing renewable energy sector and a foundation for long-term growth as the company scales.

Your responsibilities will include delivering excellent after-sales support via chat and email, assisting customers with billing, tariff, and usage inquiries while explaining our straightforward, no-hidden-costs approach, resolving service-related issues quickly and professionally, advising customers on how to maximise their energy savings, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
