About the Role
Fuse Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy startup on a mission to deliver a terawatt of renewable energy - fast. Combining first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology, we are building a radically better energy system. We raised $170M from top-tier investors including Multicoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, Box Group and strategic angels such as Nico Rosberg and Co-Founders of Solana, alongside GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify, Uber and more. We are creating a fully integrated energy company: developing solar, wind and hydrogen projects, real-time power trading, and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass savings on to customers. Additionally, we are building the Energy Network, a decentralised platform of smart devices to electrify homes, shift usage to off-peak hours and help balance the grid, strengthening grid stability—a critical foundation for scaling AI data centers and other energy-intensive industries.

This internship offers an exceptional opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain valuable experience in a fast-moving environment. You will gain insight into the operations of a high-performance startup, exposure to key operators behind Revolut, and real working knowledge of how our systems serve customers. The role starts as customer-facing, as we believe a ground-up approach is the best way to learn about our product and the energy industry. Interns will work across customer operations: answering customer queries, managing installations, auditing billing and collections, and handling regulatory submissions. High performers may fast-track the internship and join Fuse full-time, with opportunities to grow internally across different business areas.

Experience
STEM degree from a top university preferred. Programming experience is a plus but not required.
