Having raised $210M from top-tier investors, we are creating a fully integrated energy company developing solar, wind, and hydrogen projects, real-time power trading, and distributed energy installations. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs, and pass on savings to customers. This role is ideal for an office manager or workplace experience manager seeking a larger remit of opportunity and responsibility. You will be instrumental in creating and optimising a workplace that maximises top-tier employee productivity and performance, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.

Experience
Proven experience managing workplace operations or office management with a focus on enhancing employee productivity and workplace performance.

About you
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage day-to-day workplace operations effectively.
- Excellent relationship management skills to liaise with landlords, building management, and key suppliers.
- Proactive mindset to continuously improve workplace processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Ability to coordinate workplace services including connectivity, food and beverage, office technology, and employee health initiatives.
- Comfortable providing operational support across the business, including coordinating meetings, travel, and internal events.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in office management, facilities management, or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory. A commitment to fostering a culture of workplace excellence is essential.
