About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Business Performance Team managing our Westminster contract. You will work alongside ambitious, innovative, and highly motivated individuals both collaboratively and independently. Your key responsibilities include producing analytical tools, reports, and Key Performance Indicators to continuously improve standards and service levels across stakeholder processes. You will engage with high-profile projects on multi-million pound contracts, gaining exposure to senior management.
You will analyse data from various business areas including Operations, GPS, Finance, HR, QHSE, and other management information systems. Innovative thinking is encouraged, and you will have opportunities to present ideas to the Digital Transformation Manager, potentially leading your own projects.

Experience
Degree level education in a business, analytical, or mathematics subject, or relevant experience.
High level working knowledge of SQL and Excel, Google Sheets.
Knowledge of PowerBI and GIS is an advantage but training can be provided.
Strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
