As a Senior Contract Manager, you will oversee decommissioning projects from start to finish across all business sectors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will act as the internal expert for clients, stakeholders, and the HSE, and support the sales team with technical input on tender responses. You will manage multiple decommissioning projects end-to-end, overseeing budgets, programmes, and quality, producing all required project documentation and ensuring contractual cover for any changes. You will develop and implement all SHEQ requirements, maintain the risk register, and ensure all site personnel and subcontractors are trained and compliant with statutory and contractual obligations. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, engineers, local authorities, and the HSE, you will provide regular progress reports and manage community relations. You will support external accreditation audits (ISO9001, 14001, 45001, NFDC etc.), maintain integrated management systems, and provide expert advice on decommissioning techniques and best practice. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving innovation and efficiencies, and managing operations to deliver profitable, high-quality service in line with Veolia's minimum requirements will be key to your success.

Experience
Proven experience in the decommissioning or demolition industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications including CCDO Black Card Level 6 or above.
Asbestos Management certification.
CDM Temporary Works Coordinator qualification.
