About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will work across Customer Sites using advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burden on operational teams by automating back office systems. You will collaborate with onsite management to improve data quality and usage to meet operational and client requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include owning and rethinking back office processes to eliminate unnecessary paper-based activities and supporting national project rollouts. You will deliver product roadmaps with support from the central operational systems team and work closely with operational teams to ensure data and reporting are effectively used to enhance service efficiency and performance. Using the latest technology, you will optimise efficiency and drive improvements through smarter use of existing systems or innovative application of new technology. You will develop and implement technology to digitise services, automate processes, and support the delivery of operational end-user training as part of our digital training strategy. Additionally, you will assist teams with service changes that improve efficiency through routing enhancements using spatial (GIS) technology and manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis and support operational systems work.

Experience
Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
About you
Excellent relationship management and communication skills, able to confidently provide information and simplify complex data analysis for end users. Strong data skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
