We are currently recruiting a Level 3 Electrical Installation Apprentice for a full-time apprenticeship role in West London. This is a paid, hands-on opportunity designed to help you become a fully qualified electrician while working on a mix of residential, commercial and industrial electrical installations.

Please note: This opportunity is open only to residents of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, as part of a Section 106 local employment agreement. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Work on electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial settings
• Learn to install wiring systems, lighting, power circuits, and electronic components
• Support with inspection, testing, and maintenance tasks
• Assist in identifying and fixing electrical faults under supervision
• Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment and safety PPE correctly and responsibly
• Help set up systems including EV charge points, solar panels, and modern heating
• Follow health and safety standards, site rules, and safe working practices
• Keep accurate work records and support with paperwork and test result logging
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and team members
• Complete on-the-job learning alongside formal college-based study

What We’re Looking For

Essential:
• Aged 18 to 21 (some flexibility if you meet all other criteria)
• Resident of Hammersmith & Fulham
• GCSE grade 4 or above (C equivalent) in Maths and English
• Strong interest in electrical installation and sustainable technologies
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop trade skills

Desirable:
• CSCS card
• Completed Level 1 or 2 in Electrical Installation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a responsible attitude

Pay, Hours, Location, Start Date

• Pay: £12.21/hour (aged 21+) or £10/hour (aged 18–20)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: West London (Hammersmith & Fulham Borough)
• Start Date: 03 November 2025
