About the Role
Join Anglian Water Services Limited as a Field Technician in Water Recycling Services, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding the environment, public health, and maintaining critical infrastructure. You will tackle issues in our network including blockages, odours, flooding, and incidents, delivering exceptional service levels to customers while adhering to environmental regulatory standards.

As part of our standby roster, you will be ready to respond to additional out-of-hours work, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to uphold health and safety protocols diligently.

Experience
Experience or willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Hands-on/manual experience is beneficial.

About you
Ability to work autonomously using your own initiative.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic IT skills.
Full driving licence required; a 4.5 tonne licence is advantageous as the role will eventually require this (training will be provided if needed).
Ability to work within confined spaces and at height without restrictions. Maximum weight limit of 113 kilograms due to harness weight limits.
Willingness to complete relevant occupational health checks including Hand-arm Vibration (HAV).

No specific qualifications required, but relevant training will be provided as part of the role.
