Hours
Full Time / Permanent. Our processes operate 24/7, with working hours generally Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00. Flexibility on start and finish times is offered. There is a requirement for standby and occasional weekend working, which come with their own pay rates.

Salary
Starting at £30,534, increasing up to £38,169 depending on skills and progression. Additional benefits include standby allowance, potential increased overtime rates for Saturday and Sunday, and the use of a company van for business use.

About the Role
Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations. As a Process Operator, you will ensure that our Water Recycling treatment processes and systems are serviced and maintained within relevant regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining assets such as tanks, pumps, screens, blowers, valves, motors, flow meters, compressors, and more. You will perform preventative and reactive servicing and maintenance, including lubrication of systems. Process sampling will be carried out to ensure proper operation, with escalation of any issues. You will comply with company safety policies and procedures and maintain good housekeeping. Additionally, you will explore and ensure the lowest possible energy demands without compromising compliance.

In this role, you must be able to work within confined spaces and at height without restrictions. Due to harness weight limits, your maximum weight cannot exceed 113 kilograms, and you will be expected to complete relevant occupational health checks.

Experience
Experience working in a process environment is advantageous but not essential.
Good understanding of Health & Safety practices.

Qualifications
Must hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
