About the Role
Are you experienced in fleet compliance management and maintenance scheduling? Anglian Water is seeking a Fleet Compliance Planner to take ownership of planning and scheduling all maintenance activities across a diverse fleet including HGVs, plant, trailers, and specialist equipment. You will coordinate inspections, MOTs, tachograph calibrations, LOLER tests, and all statutory or scheduled maintenance to ensure full compliance with Anglian Water’s Operator Licence.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate compliance and maintenance schedules, ensuring a 12-month rolling maintenance plan is up to date, managing onboarding and offboarding of vehicles and equipment, and keeping all legal documentation current and accessible. You will produce reports on compliance performance, highlight risks or gaps, and support KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with the Fleet team and Planning Managers, you will help sustain a strong compliance culture that supports the safe and efficient movement of water recycling by-products and protects the environment through proactive sewer and drainage maintenance.

Requirements

Experience
- Previous experience in maintenance planning or transport/logistics operations is highly desirable
- Experience in fleet compliance management and maintenance scheduling

About you
- Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or database systems is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resilient and confident to challenge and question stakeholders when necessary
- Proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) required
