About the Role
At Anglian Water, we are seeking a Fleet Controller to manage day-to-day fleet activities ensuring compliance with Anglian Water's Operator's Licence and that the internal fleet meets its performance targets. You will provide feedback and analysis on all vehicle and plant operations, assist in monitoring operational costs and maintenance contract performance, and promote a safe working culture alongside developing a performance-driven team environment.

You will play a key role in transporting water recycling by-products from treatment centres to farmers as fertiliser products, while helping to minimise flooding and pollution risks by proactively jetting sewers and drains to prevent and clear blockages.

This is a fast-paced and important role requiring organisation, proactivity, and resilience to challenge and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Experience
Previous traffic management or general logistics experience is highly desirable.
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM or database systems is advantageous.
