About the Role
Join Anglian Water Services Limited as a Field Technician in Water Recycling Services, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding the environment, public health, and maintaining critical infrastructure. You will tackle issues in our network including blockages, odours, flooding, and incidents, delivering exceptional service levels to customers while adhering to environmental regulatory standards. As part of the standby roster, you will be ready to respond to out-of-hours work ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to uphold health and safety protocols diligently.

Key duties include operating a single person high pressure water jetting unit and specific CCTV equipment to identify and promote repair work on the sewerage network, investigating and resolving sewerage issues, responding to incidents, completing planned maintenance, and accurately recording all site feedback through IT systems. The role involves predominately lone working and daily engagement with internal and external customers.

Experience
- Experience or willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Hands-on/manual experience is beneficial but not essential
- Basic IT skills

- Ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full driving licence required; a 4.5 tonne licence is advantageous (training will be provided)
- Ability to work within confined spaces and at height without restrictions
- Maximum weight of 113 kilograms due to harness weight limits
- Willingness to complete relevant occupational health checks including Hand-arm Vibration (HAV)

Qualifications
No formal qualifications required; passion for environmental stewardship and commitment to safety are essential.
